Now that Ms. Marvel has concluded, we must address the Ms. Marvel Season 1 Episode 6 Post credit scene explained. Firstly, The Marvel Cinematic Universe is currently in Phase 4, and if there is one thing fans have learned over the past 15 years, give or take, it is that great power comes great post-credit scenes. Marvel movies and television shows always have a small surprise after the credits, usually teasing something more, whether seen in theaters or on television.
As a result, it shouldn’t come as a surprise that Ms. Marvel, the newest teen comedy-meets-superhero origin story on Disney+, has a special post-credit sequence with priceless hints about what will happen to the MCU end of its final episode. Captain Marvel (Brie Larson) makes a brief appearance in Ms. Marvel Episode 6, “No Normal,” laying the groundwork for Kamala Khan’s (Iman Vellani) upcoming adventure for those who can wait. But what precisely happens in the post-credit scene of the conclusion? What does it all mean, then?
Some Context
Let’s first look at what brought us here to keep it fresh in our minds. Ms. Marvel, a character created by Bisha K. Ali, details the history of Marvel’s first prominent Muslim superhero. Although the show is based on G. Willow Wilson’s comics, it changes the original work to make Kamala more appropriate for the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The most important changes pertain to Kamala’s abilities and how they came to be, and they are crucial to comprehending that post-credit scene. In the show, Kamala’s Inhuman abilities are awakened by a family heirloom: a cool-looking bangle that Kamala receives from her grandmother, Sana (Samina Ahmed), along with other family mementos.
Let’s Look At The Comics
In the comics, Kamala’s Inhuman abilities are activated by releasing the Terrigen Mist into the Earth’s atmosphere. Even though Muneeba (Zenobia Shroff), Kamala’s mother, tries her best to keep the bracelet away from her daughter by saying it is nothing but junk, she eventually manages to get her hands on it. Her abilities start to materialize immediately, but they differ slightly from what fans of comic books might have anticipated. In the Disney+ series, Kamala starts as a superhuman who creates a purple aura that she can transform into platforms and shields. In contrast, she can change her appearance in comic books by enlarging specific body parts and even changing her shape. It appeared that those skills would be completely excluded from the show and the MCU for a while, but Episode 6 dispels that notion.

Ms. Marvel Season 1 Episode 6 Post Credit Scene Explained

A Lot Of Questions
There are still a lot of unanswered questions regarding this scene. Of course, the most important query is, “What happened to Kamala?” Our young hero could be anywhere right now, even in space, since it appears that she and Carol have switched places. Then there is the question of whether this is simply a switcheroo. In the comics, Kamala can change into different versions of Captain Marvel for a brief period before gaining the courage to battle evil on her own. However, it is certainly conceivable that Ms. Marvel is paying homage to its inspiration by having Kamala transform into Carol. It is also extremely unlikely given that the Carol who first appears in Kamala’s room isn’t dressed as Ms. Marvel but as Captain Marvel, which is a poor choice from a storytelling perspective.
Ms. Marvel Will Return!
As soon as the scene concludes, a title card confirms that this is, in fact, the real Carol Danvers by revealing Ms. Marvel will make a comeback in the upcoming The Marvels. In the July 2023 release film, Monica Rambeau (Teyonah Parris), Kamala, and Carol will band together to battle an unknown evil. The final scene of Ms. Marvel is probably the turning point in the journey of these three women.
Why Did Kamala Vanish?
But what might be the reason for Kamala’s disappearance? One clue can be found in the show’s third episode, where we find out where Ms. Marvel’s bangle came from. Aisha (Mehwish Hayat), the great-grandmother of Najma and Kamala, discovered it in a temple in 1942 when she was looking for a way to return to their original dimension. There is another bangle that neither Aisha nor Najma have ever been able to find, but there was never meant to be just one.
If we look closely, the Ten Rings symbol is etched into the rocks that make up the temple’s flooring. There’s a good chance we will learn what happened to that other bangle within the next 12 months, given that Captain Marvel’s final MCU appearance was in Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings.
