The powers of the Thief are Dexterity, Endurance, and Luck. At the beginning of the game, try to avoid conflicts as you are not really ready to be taking blows without better equipment than what you are provided with initially.
Magician
In Demon’s Souls, this class is considered one of the hardest classes to play the game with. If you do choose this class, then you start with very low attributes except for magic. It is very hard to survive throughout the game as the name suggests he/she is a magician and can do only spells. At the beginning of the game, you will be starting with Wizrds’s Robe, Short Sword, Wooden Catalyst, and a shield. Hunter
If your way of playing is long-range and somehow even close range then this is the best class for you. This is the only class that gives you access to close combat and ranges combat weapons. Wanderer
The wanderer class is very similar to the thief class, but instead of having a higher Luck attribute, the Wanderer has a higher Dexterity. Temple Knight
The Temple Knight class almost possesses the same power as the Knight class. Many would even say that it is worse than the Knight class as it has less access to magic. But the Temple Knight class is more dependent on Faith, and it also has the highest defense in the attributes list.
The Temple Knight is a long ranged weapon, and the shield is the best in this as it blocks any type of damage done by your enemy. You also will be able to use miracles and can use the healing miracle from the beginning. It has the following powers Strength, Endurance, and Faith.
