Merciless Chapter 17 Recap
The chapter starts with all the prisoners cleaning the place, where the new prisoner (the one who tried to kill Do Janggon) is just standing there doing nothing. The new prisoner told him that he would not clean, as he was getting out of there. DoJanggon asks him how he is planning on escaping the place.
The guard comes towards them as they are gathered as a group. The new prisoner tells him that he has nothing to do there, so he needs to get out. The guard holds his collar and tells him he can’t get out whenever he likes, and that he’s on his duty, so her can’t get him out right now.

At the end of the chapter, we see Do Janggon telling the new prisoner that the guard will try to get kill him before he gets killed. So in the next chapter, we can expect the guard to try to kill the new prisoner. However, Do Janggon and the new prisoner might figure out a way to stop him.
Do Janggon’s arms have not yet recover, so the prison arc might get a little long, as he can’t do anything without his arms. But once his arms are recovered, he will escape the place as soon as possible because now he has new allies who will help him get out.
