Night warriors: Darkstalkers’ revenge, more commonly known as Vampire Hunter: The Animated Series in Japan, is an OVA adaptation of the first two Darkstalkers video games, which came out in 1997 by madhouse and DR movie.
The anime, Consisting of four seasons, follows the storyline of the invasion of Earth by a demon alien by the name of Pyron. Amidst this, we see a face-off between the vampire Demitri Maximoff and succubus Morrigan Aensland who fight to see who is stronger. Another character, Felicia, tries to expand her live music performance.
We see Hsien-Ko and her sister Mei-Ling who are in search of a way to redeem their mother’s soul. Donovan Baine and his comrade, Anita, strive to fight off the dark forces, and the long-dormant Huitzil robots awaken and make it their mission to eradicate humans and the Darkstalkers.

Also known as Bakuten Shūto Beiburēdo; Explosive Shoot Beyblade) in Japan, it is an adaptation of the Japanese manga series Beyblade that was written and illustrated by Takao Aoki. The series’ plot is pretty basic and follows the Bladebreakers in their journey to become the World Beyblade Champions. The series is full of some of the greatest rivalries, very accurate Beyblade games, and has the perfect mixture of drama and comedy, which makes it a worthy watch.

4. Wolverine

Long ago, a powerful and covetous sorceress, Lina Inverse, journeyed around the world, and she would steal treasures from every thug who crossed her path. However, her latest victim, a band of thieves, patiently waits in an ambush in a forest, ready to take revenge on her.
Lina, the powerful witch, who is ready to smoothly thrash her attackers, a swordsman who introduces himself as Gourry Gabriev, suddenly proclaims his presence. He makes an assumption that Lina is a damsel in distress, and hence, the imprudent nobleman confronts the group of gangsters in order to rescue her.
After ‘rescuing’ Lina and defeating the thieved, Gourry Gabriev offers Lina to escort her to Atlas city. Lina, although a little uninterested in the offer, ends up accepting the offer and starts her new journey.
We find out that without even realizing it, Lina has ventured upon a very magical treasure in her most recent theft. Eventually, two mysterious men try to hunt down the sorceress and her self-proclaimed guardian to take away the magical artifact for some obviously evil purposes. This marks the beginning of an adventure, one where the fate of the world is at risk itself.
6. ODDTAXI

The story revolves around a taxi driver named Odawa, who lives a very mundane and uneventful life. The man has no family, and he doesn’t really like to hang out much around people. He often comes out to be an oddball, a person who is narrow-minded and doesn’t engage in conversations much.
He has a handful of people to call ‘friends,’ and those are his doctor named Gouriki, and his old high school friend, Kakihana. The weird thing is all his known people are a little odd themselves. The series features other characters, like a college student who desires the world to notice him online, Kawakawa.
A nurse who is full of secrets named Shirakawa. A comedic duo that just can’t stop and are known as the ‘Homosapien’s.’ A local mobster named Dobu and an idol group that’s just blowing up and gaining popularity call themselves the ‘Mystery Kiss.’All these unexciting conversations will somehow rediscover the case of a girl who’s gone missing. This town should look acquainted, but somehow, it’s anything but familiar.
7. Radiant

The story stars a boy named Seth who dreams of being a renowned sorcerer. He desires to be powerful enough to defeat the Nemesis. Nemesis is the monster that descends down from the sky. One of their major drawback of Seth is that he is too eager, and it is this eagerness that often ends him up in trouble as he angers most of the villains and his guardian, Alma too.
Later we see that a gigantic Nemesis really attacks the village. Determined to save his village and the world, Seth boards on a journey in search of the “Radiant,” the legendary lair of the Nemesis. In his journey, he makes new friends, fights string villains, and confronts various hardships.
8. Knights of Sidonia

The story features a catastrophic event. After destroying the Earth a long time ago, the alien race named Gauna starts to pursue the reaming humans who have successfully escaped and have fled across the galaxy using big spacecrafts.
In the year 3394, Nagate Tanikaze finally awakens from his lifelong isolation deep below the seed ship Sidonia in order to search for food on the upper levels to satiate his hunger. This led him to get wrapped in some events he never really intended to get into, only to find himself dragged into events he never intended to get into.
It is when the Gauna force begins their attack on Sidonia, it becomes a duty of Tanikaze, alongside his comrades and friends Shizuka Hoshijiro, Izana Shinatose, and Yuhata Midorikaw, to fight against the alien force and restore humanity by ensuring their survival.
Sidonia no Kishi (Knights of Sidonia) follows the story of the protagonist Tanikaze as he discovers the world that was unknown to him for the longest time and transforms into the hero Sidonia needs.
9. Chaika – The Coffin Princess

For over five centuries, the Taboo king, Emperor Arthur Gaz, ruled the empire of Gaz in a highly oppressive and commanding way. So much so that he conducted inhumane experiments on his own people. His reign was brought to an end by a group of gallant warriors known as the ‘Eight Heroes’ who defeated the cruel king in a battle to seize control of the kingdom.
The death of Arthur Gaz ended the long going 300 years between the Gaz Empire and the alliance of six nations. Fast-forward to the present, we see Tooru Acura, who is a former member of the war. Tooru is seen to face difficulty surviving in the new peaceful world as he is not being able to use the skills he has trained for so hard, and that is fighting.
An opportunity is suddenly presented before him when he confronts an old, white-haired person who turns out to be a wizard named Chaika Trabant. The wizard has a coffin on her back and claims that she is in search of the dispersed relics of her father so that she can collect them and honor him with a proper burial.
Eventually, she hires Tooru and his adoptive sister Akari to aid her. On the other side of the story, the six nations alliance, which has now designed the Council of Six Nations, sends out Albéric Gillette and his men from the Kleeman Agency to catch and restrain the late king Gaz’s daughter named Chaika.
The story unfolds the shocking revelation of Chaika’s true identity, and here, the Acura siblings must make the crucial choice between helping her gather the remnants of her late father and safeguarding the peace of the continent.
10. Dragon Ball Z

This anime series needs no description. Being one of the highest-grossing series and one of the top old-generation anime, the popularity of Dragon Ball Z has surpassed it all. Dragon Ball Z showcases the journeys of the adult Goku who, along with his comrades, defends the Earth against numerous villains ranging from extra-terrestrial alien fighters and conquerors to insanely powerful androids and near imperishable, god-like magical entities.
The original Dragon Ball anime series followed Goku’s adventures through childhood into adulthood. Dragon Ball Z focuses on his adulthood life. What is interesting to note is that this series also follows the maturation of Goku’s son, Gohan, as well as other characters in the series.
Dragon Ball Z has a more serious tone to it as compared to the original Dragon Ball anime series. The anime also features characters, situations, and backstories which were previously not written in the original manga.

11. Goblin Slayer

Terminal Service I was the station assigned to Tsukasa. The station is responsible for collecting Giftias that are almost expired and may soon lose their data and memory. Shortly after being placed at Terminal Service One, Tsukasa is partnered with a gorgeous Giftia named Isla.
She is a Terminal Service veteran and is considered the best in Giftia retrievals. Time is running out though, and Tsukasa must confess his feelings for Isla before her time is up. Since no matter how much one loves someone, nothing lasts forever.

Not only this, but Takizawa has a special cell phone loaded with 8.2 billion yen in digital currency. But despite his oddness, Saki makes friends with Takizawa. What she is unaware of is her admission into a risky game involving money, phones, and Japan’s salvation.
23. Ushio & Tora

The main character, Aotsuki Ushio, is a middle school student and the son of an unusual temple priest. 26. Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood

27. Neon Genesis Evangelion

The shrine maiden is later assigned the task of eliminating the demons that emerge in her town.
The head of the shrine entrusts her with a sword that her mother once used to eradicate the demons, and now Saya is entrusted to do the same. What Saya doesn’t know is that things are not exactly what they appear to be.

In an attempt called Babel, he tried to modify these variables to eliminate certain disasters like a disease. But in an upsetting twist of events, he caused a number of calamities and brought about the existence of beings called “Vampires.”
Since these creatures were deemed as abominations before God, a race arose. In the war, humans nearly eliminated all vampires but failed to wipe out the entirety, and hence vampires were declared as extra-legal individuals who could be legally killed for revealing themselves.
Noé Archivist, a young vampire living in France, was sent by his Teacher to Paris on a mission to discover the Book of Vanitas and find out about its true nature. It was speculated that the Book of Vanitas is a cursed grimoire originally created by the vampire of the Blue Moon from which the incurable illness named Malnomen originates.
Noé is able to find the Book on his way to Paris when a man who calls himself Vanitas treats a case of Malnomen right in front of his eyes. Vanitas titles himself to be a completely normal human being who simply came in possession of the Book and declares that it is his motive to protect the vampire race at any cost.

A very powerful and potent robot Golion, who happens to have emotions and sentiment, misuses his valiant powers by attacking and eliminating entities known as Death black Beastmen. After accomplishing this, he boasted that there was no one who could overthrow him.
A divine space creature punishes Golion for the destruction he caused by splitting him into five diverse lion robots. It was then, in the year 1999, a group of five young men returned back to Earth after a long space journey. On their arrival, they discover that the Earth has been ravaged by a nuclear war.
Later, they encounter an alien race called the Galra. The five youngsters then end up on the planet of Altea and learn that the five lion robots that the Golion was split into are put in a deep slumber and are placed in various parts of Altea. They are given the task of reuniting the five lion robots to reform Golion, as it is the only hope for humanity to survive.

The series begins with a frightened girl in the woods running away from unknown men who were holding crossbows and night-vision hunting spectacles. The woman is shown to be in a terrible condition, with her feet badly cut.
Later we are shown that when the woman is about to be stabbed by the men, a hidden figure suddenly appears and slashes their heads off. Eventually, RIS officer Lily Hoshina hurriedly drives to the brutal scene, and Keith Flick, the legendary investigator of the Royal Police Service, arrives later to help with the investigation.
Lily and Keith, along with the other RIS members, attempt to find who beheaded the two men. The only clue that is left with the officers is that the mysterious entity, who is suspected of killing the hunters, goes by the name of the only clue they have is that the bizarre enigma goes by Killer B.

As the new school year starts, the classes are shuffled, and an aspiring writer Kotarou Azumi and the track team member Akane Mizuno end up in the same class. Although it wasn’t the first time they saw each other, the initially complete stranger had their fair share of encounters that stirred the desires within their heart.
The innocent hearts encounter their young love with fluttering eyes and raging heartbeats. However, though their love is patient and kind, Kotarou and Akane soon explore the depths of love and that it is not always as simple as it may seem. In a universe where every human has designed their own world, each one of them born from the exclusive imagination of its creator, Souta Mizushino is a high school student who aspires to be such a world creator by writing his own light novel.
On one random day, while Souta is watching some anime to get some inspiration for his novel, he is briefly transported into a fight scene out of nowhere. But when he returns back to the real world, somehow, the anime’s heroine, Selesia Yupitilia, returns with him to the real world. It does not take much longer as other characters from the fictional world start entering the real world.
Amongst these characters, there is one mysterious woman in full military regalia, dubbed “Gunpuku no Himegimi,” and she knows a lot more than anyone from the fictional world. The story continues, and we see a reunion between the fictional characters and their real creator.
