It’s the Kardashians’ world, and we’re all just merely living in it. The Kardashians, a Hulu series, provides audiences a behind-the-scenes glimpse at America’s most famous family’s dazzling and affluent lifestyle. Nobody dislikes some Kardashian drama in their lives, and we got some for you.
When the Kardashian-Jenner family initially rose to prominence on Keeping Up With the Kardashians, they popularised many of the statements and phrases that their fans have come to know and love. You shouldn’t say “Bible” until you’re speaking the whole truth, and any Khloe Kardashian fan would know a “okurr” anywhere.
Khloe has a number of nicknames for her siblings, including Kourtney and Kim Kardashian. She refers to Kourtney as “Kourt” (obviously) or “Jane” after Jane Fonda. When it comes to Kim, Khloe frequently uses the nickname “Kiki,” which she picked up from their nephew Mason Disick.
The Revenge Body star also refers to Kim as “joge,” a term seen frequently on KUWTK and the Kardashians’ new Hulu program, The Kardashians. Many Kardashian fans, though, are unsure of where the pet name comes from or what it really signifies.
Why does Khloe Kardashian refer to Kim Kardashian as “Joge”?
Here’s the backstory to why exactly does Khloe Kardashian refer to Kim Kardashian as “joge”?
Khloe, it turns out, did not come up with Kim’s moniker on her own. A fan questioned Kim why Khloe often calls her “joge” during a Twitter Q&A with fans in 2011. Kim responded that the moniker came from their infancy and that their father, Robert Kardashian, Sr., was the first to call her “joge.”
“We have no idea!” she added.
The mother of four revealed that “Kimbo” was another nickname given to her by her father that has stuck with her till his passing in 2003. According to Elite Daily, the siblings’ mother, Kris Jenner, has Kim’s phone number recorded in her phone as “Kimbo 2022.”
My dad called me that, we have no clue why! RT @carlynalepa: Why does Khloe call you "Joge"? I call my sister that & couldn't believe it!

What exactly does “Joge” mean?
Although Kim isn’t sure where Robert obtained the name “joge,” it has numerous connotations in different languages. According to the Mirror, the term is Armenian for “imagine.” According to the contextual dictionary, “joge” can also mean “yoga” in Bosnian or “yogi” and “hermit” in Hindi.
We’re not sure why Robert dubbed Kim “joge,” but it’s safe to say he wasn’t thinking of his second-oldest daughter as a “hermit” at the time. Given the Kardashians’ deep links to their Armenian background, it’s considerably more likely that the term comes from the Armenian language. Robert was also aware that his daughter was a go-getter with a creative and business spirit.
Despite never witnessing all of Kim’s fantasies come true, Kim recently stated on The Kardashians that Robert “would get a kick out of” seeing her negotiate her roles as a mother, reality TV celebrity, entrepreneur, and future lawyer.
The first season of The Kardashians is now available on Hulu. Beginning Thursday, September 22nd, new episodes will be released every Thursday throughout Season 2 on Hulu.

Soon later, the family was awarded their own reality program. Since then, each Kardashian has established their own claim to fame, such as Kim’s shapewear line (SKIMS) and Kylie’s makeup line (Kylie Cosmetics). Khloe’s denim fashion business (Good American), as well as the family’s overall social media impact.
