Juvenile Offender follows the story of Yoosung, a delinquent who has been sent to the juvenile reformatory institution in South Korea because he robbed a jewelry store. Due to his misconduct in front of the trial judge, he was sent to the reformatory school for six months.
There he meets his school mates from middle school, and they try to bully him, but Yoosung fights them off and makes them cry. As a kid, he was bullied by these same people who brought him to the brink of death by making him nearly kill himself. However, Yoosung has come to this place to make the lives of the school bullies a living hell and make them pay back for the pain he had to endure.
Without further ado, let us elaborate on the recap of chapter 4, the previous chapter of Juvenile Offender, before we drop the dates for the release of the manhwa.
Juvenile Offender Chapter 4: Recap
The chapter is set five months later, with Yoosung having only six days left until he leaves Yangcheon Detention School. In room number 204, we see Yoosung choke an already passed-out Park Sangcheol, and he tells the other kid to keep watch outside so that no police officer can interfere.
Park Sangecheol had already passed out four times that day, but in total, over the next five months, he had passed out 898 times. The cops come and start yelling at the prisoners in room number 203 but go past room number 204 because the Chief had told them to give Yoosung special treatment. Only six days were left until Yoosung left the school, so he had to prepare his next strategy to continue his plan.
Yoosung went to the visitation room to meet a pretty lady who posed as her sibling and told her to call her Noona. She is revealed to the teacher of Yoosung’s previous school and an important person for the plan. They both talk and the lady asks her if he was relieved to be taking revenge for what these people had done.
Yoosung ignores the question and tells her to hand over the materials of the next guy that he has to take revenge from. The target was living in Gangnam as he seemed to come from a rich background. He had aced his grades and was excellent at extra-curricular and was a part of the Student Council.
However, there was one peculiar thing about him. He had made a very creepy face when he learned that the teacher, who was Yoosung’s noona was getting married. He goes by the name of Jo Yeongbeom, and he was one of the people who made Yoosung’s life a living hell. Yoosung asked the noona about his usual route. He would travel to the school, cafe, study, and then go back home.
The teacher had looked for his record but found nothing unpleasant, so she is doubtful if he is the person Yoosung is looking for and hands over a passport-size picture of him. He sees his face and confirms that he is the guy who bullied him in school. A flashback showed how Jo Yeongbeom had asked Yoosung if he had a noona and how old she was, and whether she was pretty. Yoosung tells her that Yeongbeom does a good job and masking his evil intentions and being a model student in front of others.
After that, the scene shows Park Sangcheol being strangled again by Yoosung. He had received severe brain damage, PTSD and speech disorders and he had lost his intelligence. After having strangled Yoosung 1200 times over the past six months, Yoosung left the detention centre and meet with the noona who is revealed to be Miss Joanna.
The chapter ends with Yoosung receiving a complete transformation in appearance and entering Gangnam Seha High School to take his revenge on Jo Yeongbeom.
