The narrative of these university students, Zo and Joke, is followed in the Thai drama. Zo has a thing for Nita and wants to pursue her, but he lacks experience, so he asks Joke, Nita’s ex-boyfriend, for advice. Although Joke offers to assist him in exchange for tutoring, his genuine motivations are quite different.

What can we expect from Hidden Agenda?
Our two primary characters will be introduced to us in the most interesting way possible. Zo is spotted in the recording studio working on a two-rabbit love story. His friend Pat is currently dozing off as Joke walks into the studio. When he sees Pat dozing off, he informs him that the moment has come for him to start recording.

When he exits, he expects to see Pat there but instead runs into Joke. He informs Zo that he will be charged for using an extra five minutes of his allotted time. The two are quite close, with Joke leaning on the wall-pinned Zo. When Pat enters, he sees the two, and the next scene shows Pat, Zo, and Kot looking for books when Zo bumps into Nita, his crush. His friends begin making fun of him. His gaze remains fixed on Nita for the entire duration of the quiz.
The three buddies talk about what Zo should do to approach his crush. The second proposal is strange: asking Nita’s ex-boyfriend, Joke, for assistance. He then buys coffee for Nita, but Joke says he prefers roselle juice because she doesn’t like coffee. He will assist if Zo purchases one for him. Zo tells him to go about his business and starts making coffee. Pok startles him abruptly, causing the coffee to spill and the posters to be destroyed.
Wave then informs them that they must succeed this time because their debate club has lost a competition three times in a row. Following this, Zo, Pat, and Kot go to a bar, where they overhear Joke and Nita talking while enjoying a drink. Joke performs a song that she dedicates to people who have an attraction but are afraid to admit it. Soon later, Joke tries to assist Zo as he starts throwing up in the restroom.
He grabs Zo by the waist when he is not ready to listen, and the two of them have a sweet moment. Joke asks Zo why he is interfering with their relationship. He believes Joke is getting back with her because he doesn’t want him to pursue her. Zo is discouraged because he feels uncool. Joke advises him to give up if he feels Nita isn’t worth it. Zo hits him in anger and then walks away. He apologizes for his behavior the following day and begs Joke’s pardon, but the latter rejects him.
Joke informs him that Zo needs to beat himself up in order to be forgiven after Zo begins to follow him around. Joke blocks his punch and claims he has evolved his mind when he attempts to do so.
