Dylan remembers how Charlize told him that the first time she approached him was just because of revenge for her family. Dylan holds Charlize and tells her that she used him from the beginning and asks her to keep using him. He tells her that he would let her keep using him even if she starves him to death or if he has to live as cattle.
Dylan tells Charlize that she never taught him how to love, and so her appearance becomes proof of love’s existence for him.
With tears in his eyes, Dylan tells Charlize that he knows she’s Kiera and that she was afraid that he would die if he came to know this, but despite all that, Dylan holds Charlize’s hand and tells her that he doesn’t care if she is Kiera or a demonic sword because, for him, she’s still a woman and the only one he loves.
Dylan holds Charlize’s hand and tells her that he won’t die until he finds a way. Charlize wonders if these are the words she wants to hear the most.
Dylan says that he won’t force Charlize to return and that he will support her and Alpheri with all his strength if that’s what she wants. He even agrees to destroy the tower if that is Charlize’s goal. Dylan then pulls down his sleeve, and Charlize gets shocked to see a Mana Covenant in his hand.
Dylan says that he is well prepared to give up his vitality to keep the oath. He also says that he will add that he won’t touch Charlize and Alpheria as per the oath.
Charlize’s subordinates also get shocked to see that Dylan would go this far because as long as there’s the oath, Athenak cannot threaten them, which is an absolutely unfavorable contract for the emperor.
Dylan puts his hand down and asks if it’s possible now. Charlize closes her eyes and says that Dylan will die if he doesn’t keep his oath, but Dylan just smiles as he considers this as Charlize accepting the oath.
Charlize says that it’s just until the magic tower has been destroyed, and Dylan says that he’s fine with it and thanks, Charlize. Dylan wonders when his possessiveness for Charlize will curb, and then he makes it clear that Charlize will be his someday.
Charlize then goes to the mansion along with her subordinates, and they all glare at the house as it’s prepared by the emperor.
They all then start to discuss how their captain was referred to as Kiera and wonder if it’s true. Charlize overhears everyone talking and realizes that there’s no way out of this. She steps in front of everyone and admits that she is indeed a subject of the Kiera project in its complete form.
