The release date of the Turkish Series, Yürek Çıkmazı episode 17 has been disclosed, and that is approaching real soon. Yürek Çıkmazı, also known as “Secrets of an Angel” in English, premiered its first episode on November 1, 2022. Since its release, the series has stirred up quite a buzz in Turkey due to its intriguing narrative, relatable storyline, and talented artists who are portraying their characters very well. The audience of the series is addicted to the series due to the intense psychological effect it has on the viewers.
The Turkish series is a Gold Film production, co-created by Ayla Hacıoğulları and Vilmer Özçınar. The series is inspired by the novel of the same name written by Atike Hınçlıer, which was released in the year 2018. As mentioned earlier, Yürek Çıkmazı has a talented set of cast members, the protagonists include Ayca Bingol as Cennet, Alp Navruz as Halil Tekin, Mesut Akusta as Yilmaz Tekin, Irem Helvacioglu as Zeynep Oder, Dilara Aksuyek as Feride Tekin, and Bihter Dincel as Birsen Tekin. There are several other veteran actors as well in the series.
The Premise of Yürek Çıkmazı
Serder Gozelekli and Bahadir Ince’s Yürek Çıkmazı shows the dreadful effects of alcoholism, and how it can plunge a man as well as his family into jeopardy. The narrative of Yürek Çıkmazı focuses on a family who has immigrated to Istanbul from Usak. It tells the story of Yilmaz, who is an acute alcoholic, the habit which has driven him into violence and personality disorder, as well as regret.
The effect of Yilmaz’s addiction to alcohol has affected his wife, Cennet, and children very deeply. But after a dreadful tragedy strikes the family, the whole dynamic of the family and relationships changes the children’s lives forever.
The series begins with the death of Cennet, Yilmaz’s wife. After her death, her lawyer, Zeynep receives a letter written by Cennet. As she knew that one day she would die because of her husband, Cennet wrote down a mysterious letter to Zeynep in which she blamed her husband for her death.
When Cennet’s children – Feride, Birsen, and Halil – get to know about the content of the letter, their relationship gets affected. Feride decides to stick by her father, Yilmaz’s side; Birsen does not take any sides as he does not want to be blamed for anything or wants to be harmed by his father; whereas Halil stands by his mother’s side and retaliates against his father.
A never-ending feud starts among the siblings. On the other side, Zeynep with Halil’s assistance will set out on a mission to bring justice to Cennet by collecting evidence to prove her claim. While on the mission of justice, a romantic relationship will bloom between Zeynep and Halil.

In the last few episodes, we have seen, Yilmaz issuing Birsen one final warning after learning that Seray was the one who set Halil against him. Halil, on the other hand, starts a conflict between himself and his father. Birsen decides to support either of the parties in this feud. However, Feride fails to find a lawyer, who is ready to represent her father.
Meanwhile, Feride reminisces her childhood memories while thinking about Cennet. Halil on the other hand wishes to speak with his siblings when he learns that the court will be dismissing his mother’s case on the ground of lack of evidence.
However, Uckardes, who escaped from Yilmaz years ago, runs into him at the place where he was hiding. The next episode, episode 17 will show what this meeting will follow.
