Yabani Episode 18 will be airing next week! The previous episode of the Turkish series left the viewers in shock, as Alaz had run away from the scene of accident after injuring both Yaman and Ruya. To make things worse, he even spent the night at Asi’s place.
Burdened with guilt but unwilling to admit his mistake, Alaz went to Sehran who helped him conceal the truth of the events. Yaman however, wasn’t going to sit still and let Alaz go free. He now had a plan to take revenge on Sehran and Alaz for the pain they had caused.
Yabani is a Turkish drama that premiered last year on September 12, 2023. The story follows Ali, who was kidnapped as a child by a gang and ultimately began working for them. He changed his birth name Ali into Yaman after successfully escaping in hopes of building a new life.
However, things get complicated when he finds out his true identity. Yaman was a part of the influential Soysalan family, and had finally returned home after fifteen years of going missing. He was now in love with a girl named Ruya, who happened to be his newly discovered older brother’s girlfriend.
As things get more and more twisted in Yaman’s life, he must overcome the challenges of family and love while unravelling the secrets that had been swept under the rug.
Recap
Alaz was still high and dizzy from the drugs he had taken. Still mad over what had happened, he decided to lash out his anger on Yaman and Ruya. Because of this, he ends up crashing the car in which they were, leaving all three of them in an accident.
Alaz was still hazy from the drugs, and out of fear left the scene while Yaman and Ruya were left on the road. He went to Asi’s place and asked to spend the night there. With one thing leading to another, they end up sleeping together.
Asi is deeply regretful of what she had done with Alaz and filled with guilt. Alaz, however, had other plans. He wished to seek revenge on Asi. Meanwhile, Yaman wakes up in a desperate attempt to save himself and Ruya, and meets Neslihan and Guven.
He takes them to Ruya and by the time they reach there, Yaman collapses due to a concussion. Alaz’s parents are worried as a whole day had gone by without him and Yaman returning home. Metin and Sebnem too were worried about Ruya’s whereabouts.
Serhan finally finds his son Alaz only to see him burdened with guilt. Alaz tells him everything that had happened, and Serhan makes the decision to protect him. Despite the accident, Serhan wasn’t going to let Alaz suffer for Yaman’s sake.
Alaz thought Yaman didn’t know he was the one who caused the accident, but Yaman knew it was him. Serhan didn’t want to accuse his son of what had happened and believed, like Alaz, that Yaman was clueless.
When Yaman wakes up from his concussion, he finds out that along with his brother, now his father too was against him. He planned to corner them and extract the truth out of spite. Yaman asked for Cesus’ help, but he didn’t know that Cesus was a part of that incident as he had sold the drugs to Alaz himself.
Cesus also knew of what happened between Alaz and Asi that same night. He too wanting revenge on Alaz joins hands with Yaman, and now the Soysalan family must choose which side of truth to believe – Yaman or Serhan and Alaz.
