The most trusted journalist in American media, Chris Wallace, will soon be returning with a new episode of his talk show “Who’s Talking to Chris Wallace?” The weekday series has been airing on weekends for a while now, and with the new season premiering soon, there’s a lineup of much more interesting personalities that’ll be interviewed this season.
First seen on television on September 23rd, 2022, the show has managed to host a wide range of celebrities and politically powerful people that have appeared in the news. Chris Wallace is a well-known journalist who has worked in major news platforms like ABC, FOX as well as CNN.
Over the years, he has become famous for his strict and to-the-point interviews that offer insight into answers that most of the general population seeks. Chris Wallace was born into a family that was already into journalism and news broadcasting. Both his father and stepfather were involved in the field, with stepfather Bill Leonard even being the president of CBS at the time. Due to this, he had quite the exposure to the industry, and after studying at Harvard and becoming the host of its student radio station, he was employed in The Boston Globe.
While working there, Chris saw the power television had compared to news being shared in person. This led to him soon starting his career at NBC, New York. He became the political correspondent for the platform and was later made the co-anchor as well. In 1982, he was the chief White House correspondent, and after two years, he even interviewed Ronald Reagan, who was president at the time.
Wallace has worked on shows like Primetime Live and Nightline for NBC and, later, on Fox News Sunday up until the year 2021. During this time, he was able to interview Putin, Barack Obama, and many other influential people.
