She debuted in 2005 with her solo “Get Up”. She appeared in the album Testimony by hip hop group Uptown in 2006. Jessi replaced the group’s original vocalist Yoon Mi Rae. In January 2009, Jessi released her second single album “The Rebirth”. She left Korea briefly to take a break after releasing the second album.
Jessi made a comeback in 2014 with the hip-hop trio group Lucky J with rapper J”Kyun and vocalist J-Yo being the members. Under YMC Entertainment, Lucky J released their first digital single ” Can you hear me” in July 2014. The Korean rapper appeared in various television reality shows. Jessi was part of the show “Unpretty Rapstar” for 3 months, from January to March 2015. She got the second rank among all the contestants through a popularity vote by the audience.

Jessi Ho and another South Korean singer Summi appeared in the official remix of “Shivers”, an original track by Ed Sheeran. The remix was released on November 24, 2021. Jessi made a comeback with her new single “Zoom” which was released on April 13, 2022.
