“True Grit (2010)” is an American Western film directed and written by Joel Coen and Ethan Coen. The movie was first released on December 22, 2010. The movie was loved by the viewers. At the same time, a Texas Ranger named LaBoeuf was also chasing the same guy for killing a State Senator. So, in the end, the squabbling duo got accompanied by the ranger on their search to find the murderer. As the three members go on a very dangerous adventure, all of them have their “grit” tested in different ways.

Here are all the main characters of the movie. The 14-year-old girl role is played by Hailee Steinfeld. Born on December 11, 1996, Hailee is an American actress and singer. She is the recipient of different admirations, like a Peabody Award, a Critics’ Choice Movie Award, and a Billboard Music Award. Jeff Bridges played the role of the tough U.S Marshal. He was born on December 4, 1949.
Jeff is an American actor known for his versatility and has received various accolades throughout his career spanning over seven decades, including an Academy Award and two Golden Globe Awards. The role of the Texas Ranger named LaBoeuf was played by Matt Damon. Except for acting, he is also a film producer and screenwriter. Most part of Joel and Ethan Coen’s movie “True Grit (2010)” was shot in New Mexico and Texas. A big part of the storyline was shown in an Indian Territory which was filmed in Buena Vista Ranch in New Mexico.
The opening sequences of the movie were filmed in the small city of Granger, Texas. The reason behind choosing the set is the availability of many empty places and brick-walled houses. It makes the place best suited for the story and background of the 1800s. All in-house scenes are shooted at the Garson Studios in the College of Santa Fe, New Mexico. Another footage where Lucky Ned Pepper and his gang confront protagonist Rooster Cogburn was shot south of Las Vegas, New Mexico.
