Lou Dobbs is a 77 years old American political commentator, news show, former host, and author. He was the presenter of the long-time popular show Lou Dobbs Tonight. The show started in 2003 with Lou Dobbs, but the show got canceled in 2021 because of a controversy. The Show ran for 16 years starting from 2003 to 2009 and then after a break, starting again from 2011 to 2021.
After that, the show stopped, unfortunately, but Lou Dobbs didn’t. He then hosted The Great America Show on iHeart Radio. Also, there is a website named Lou Dobbs. So, the show appeared on that website too. Dobbs was associated with CNN since 1980 and served as a reporter, and not only this, he was the Network Vice-President.

America had its presidential elections in 2020, in which Joe Biden won against Trump. Fox News supported its parent company’s chairman, Rupert Murdoch, who claimed that an elaborate conspiracy theory happened in the election. What is an elaborate theory? Well, this theory claimed that Joe Biden stole the election. The election was completely biased, and the Dominion tricked voting systems. They did massive frauds, including phoney ballots, tricky Smartmatic software, and more.
For Fox Business Network, Lou Dobbs went on his show, Lou Dobbs Tonight, and criticized and blamed the Dominions. He pushed all the claims that were put forth against the Dominions very actively. He actively supported that there was massive fraud in the presidential election 2020 against Trump.
Gradually, the network’s stocks went down, and Fox immediately took the decision to shut down the show. Also, they were charged with a massive $2.7 billion defamation lawsuit. They even said that it was urgent to stop the show. Therefore, the show was canceled in February 2021. Dobbs was also fired soon since he was considered the biggest supporter of Trump, and advertisers were reluctant to show ads on Dobbs’s show.
