The American actress Kristin Chenoweth got struck by lighting equipment on the “Good Wife” CBS drama set in 2012, which caused her several serious and long-standing injuries that include a skull fracture, cracked rib, a nasal fracture, Broken teeth, nerve, tissues, and muscle damage. This caused Chenoweth to leave the show in which she had a recurring role.

She recollected this practically near death experience recently in an interview with Andy Cohen on ‘Watch What Happens Live Andy Colen’ while promoting her book ‘I’m No Philosopher. But I Got Thought,’ in this new book of hers, she also detailed the insights of the incident that happened in “Good Wife,” followed by the aftermath of what she went through.

She recalls the incident in the late-night show and said she was hospitalized after the lighting equipment hit her on her face and threw her into a curb. She had to endure a seven-inch skull fracture, Cracked teeth, ribs, and a hairline fracture as a result.

Chenoweth conveyed that because of her fear and anxiety, she did not take up any legal actions and sued the broadcast network for her loss, and she regrets not doing that now. She added, saying don’t ever let fear rule your life. Her father told her, she was going to want to do it one day, they were not a suing family, but she was practically killed. Now wishes that she had done it at that time, as said by her father.
