Should You Skip Fillers in Naruto and Naruto Shippuden?
As I mentioned earlier, fillers are an anime original that is made out of the original story of the manga. If you are planning to skip fillers in Naruto and Naruto Shippuden, then you won’t be missing out on the original story because fillers do not have anything related to the original story. However, there are some good episodes in the fillers of Naruto and Naruto Shippuden. If you have enough time to watch everything, then it is good.
Although, fillers during the fourth great ninja war in Naruto Shippuden are a stretch and, in my opinion, not worth watching. However, if you are planning to watch fillers, then I would recommend you to check out the fillers in Naruto from episodes 143-219. They contain some classic animation and fun stories. After all, child Naruto was the cutest and the funniest.
