Hana Uzaki is excited to attend the same college as her former high school upperclassman, Shinichi Sakurai. However, after a year of observing him, she concludes that he has become a loner. Rather than being the energetic and sociable person she remembers, Shinichi spends most of his time alone, doing little more than lazing around. Hana, being the outgoing and energetic person she is, decides to change that. She becomes determined to bring Shinichi out of his shell, even if it means teasing him along the way.
