Tricky In Love Episode 9 will be airing next week! Fans are anticipating the reunion of our lovebirds Pheem and Anda after Pheem had left without a word. The previous episode of the Thai drama ended with the death of Uncle Chok, whom Anda saw as her own father.
Anda was unaware of the real truth and why their bond was so deep. She was merely unaware of the fact that Chok was her real father, who, with Ramita, had been searching for a long time.
Tricky in Love tells the story of Anda and Lalisa, who grew up in an orphanage. Having no parental figure, the two relied on each other till they were older and became best friends.
Lalisa, the younger one, got to know that Anda was the biological daughter of a wealthy family. Instead of sharing this information with her, Lalisa claimed to be that daughter, and so the world of these two changed completely.
Now, with secrets involved in their relationship, will the two of them survive? Or will the reality crush their friendship?
Recap
Anda is still reminiscing on her past and feels reluctant to let go of her orphanage. During her visit to her childhood home, Anol gets a call informing her that Chok is now awake.
Hearing this news, Anol is relieved and immediately rings Lalisa and tells her to come visit. However, for Lalisa, this wasn’t good news. Chok being alive meant her secret spilling out to the rest of her peers- and she could not afford for that to happen.
Just previously, Chok had found out that Lalisa wasn’t his real biological daughter and that she had been lying to them the entire time.
After Anol calls Lalisa, she goes directly to the hospital and pays Chok a visit. Seeing him alive, she couldn’t help but rage out. She knew his dying would solve all her problems. Taking matters into her own hands, Lalisa grabs the nearest pillow and suffocates Chok.
A while later, Anol and Anda both arrive at the hospital to check on Chok. Anda finally feels at peace hearing her beloved Uncle is going to recover, but because of Lalisa’s actions, the relief is short-lived.
Chok goes into cardiac arrest, and all the doctors offer Anol and Anda their condolences. The hope Anda had of Chok living was now gone, and she was devastated he died. She weeps in the waiting area, and Anol follows to console her.
He tells her that the funeral has been taken care of and also discusses her future of leaving the orphanage. He tells Anda not to give up and that her leaving won’t mean a betrayal of any sort, as she can always come back.
Krathing is informed of his father’s death and is still in shock. Lalisa on the otherhand, overhears him on the phone and tells him it’s actually good he died since now her secret would be kept safe.
The next day at Chok’s funeral, Anda and Lalisa argue when the latter refuses to go. Lalisa tells her to stop interfering so much in her life, and its up to her whether she wants to go or not. Anda keeps quiet and goes to visit Chok alone.
Spending quiet time alone with Chok, she pays her respects and weeps. To her, he wasn’t just an uncle. Their bond felt much closer than that.
By the end, Anol is confronted by his dad. He tells him that he is now to be the Vice Chairman of the company. Anol’s father becoming the chairman meant Anda’s orphanage being at risk, which scared him.
