With the film already loved by millions of fans, they are all curious about Triangle of Sadness filming locations. The project throws light on a satirical black comedy. Ruben Östlund has made the same in his feature film debut.
In the lead, we witness that the film has some of the notable roles from the industry, such as Harris Dickinson as well as Charlbi Dean. The plot of the film is very simple as we see a couple who are celebrities going on a luxurious cruise together that also boards some of the very wealthy guests.

The movie revolves around two characters named Carl and Yaya. Carl is a model and works in the industry. He is dating a girl named Yaya, who is also a model along with an influencer. Although, the two bicker a lot daily regarding food and bills. Yaya earns more than Carl, but still, she expects him to pay for everything.
She even says that one day she wants to become a trophy wife. They fight about gender roles, and it even comes to the fact that Yaya is with him because it earns her engagement for her social media posts. However, Carl is trying to make her love him.
Soon, they go on a luxury yacht as a brand promotion deal for Yaya on her social media. Although, there are various politics around the wealthy guests who are also attending the cruise and even the deck crew that is doing everything that they can to make the guests feel comfortable. They even follow some of the very bizarre requests that these guests make just to satisfy their needs.
One of the requests was to make every crew member swim in the sea. Soon, a pirate ship attacks their vessel, and everyone has to escape to an island. Here, only one of the women, named Abigail, is able to hunt and provide food which automatically makes her the more powerful woman.
Now that the gears have reversed in the roles, everyone has different characteristics now. Soon, Yaya goes on a hike to find out that there is a luxurious hotel nearby and that everyone can be saved. She and Abigail also become friends in the process.
Triangle of Sadness Filming Locations
Triangle of Sadness filming locations vary because the film has been shot at different places in order to suit the plot. Principal photography for the film has taken place in Sweden as well as Greece. The yacht, which all the characters hopped on, had its interiors filmed at the set in Sweden. It is located in Nohab Industrial Estate in Trollhättan. The interiors were created especially by the film crew members to match the story of the film.
The most asked location from Triangle of Sadness is the beach where all of the characters got stranded. This was the Childou Beach located in Evia in Greece. It has some very scenic locations and sunsets, which makes it a perfect spot for the shoot. Also, the beach is not so populated by tourists all the time, meaning that the filming could have taken place easily without many interruptions.
As for the cruise scenes that were shot to see the yacht being on sail in the sea, they were all outdoor locations in Katakolo in, Greece. These were best shot in sunlight and naturally to give the cruise a better feel to the audience. Even the swimming scenes were shot on the sea at the location.
