The Battle between Dochang and Dajoon continues to go back and forth as the two fighters reveal new tricks and techniques.

As we approach To Not Die Chapter 107, the tide is expected to shift in Dajoon’s favor as he reveals the technique he learned from his brother Jo Hangil. With this technique in his hand, will Dajoon finally be able to defeat a Haegwang? We’ll know soon enough.

To Not Die Chapter 106 opens up with Kwak Dochang exchanging blows with Dajoon, but he doesn’t seem to be phased by Dajoon’s attacks. Dochang commends Dajoon by saying that he has become a lot better since the last time they fought.

Dajoon tries to attack Dochang once again, but all of his attacks get parried easily. Dochang states that no matter how much Dajoon has improved, it’s still too early for him to fight a haegwang.

To Not Die Chapter 106: Recap

The chapter opens up with Kwak Dochang exchanging blows with Dajoon, but he doesn’t seem to be phased by Dajoon’s attacks.

Dochang commends Dajoon by saying that he has become a lot better since the last time they fought. Dajoon tries to attack Dochang once again, but all of his attacks get parried easily. Dochang states that no matter how much Dajoon has improved, it’s still too early for him to fight a haegwang.

Dochang warns Dajoon that even if he thinks too highly of himself, he’s still only at the level of a street gang leader. Dajoon replies that he prefers to evaluate his opponent by exchanging blows, and so Dochang rushes towards him again.

Dajoon attacks Dochang, but he blocks the attack and punches Dajoon straight in the face. This punch surprised Dajoon as he wasn’t even able to see it coming.

Dajoon remembers what he learned about Dochang earlier and wonders if he’s able to predict everything. The fight continues, with Dajoon getting decimated and pushed back.

As Dajoon tries to catch his breath, he realizes that the Hwaegwang are truly on a different level. Dochang states that Dajoon can never punch him even once because he can see through all of his moves.

Dochang tells Dajoon that he is unfit to lead an organization because he’s someone who ran away once. Dajoon holds Dochang’s leg and tries to punch him to shut him up, but Dochang dodges the punch once again.

He pities Dajoon for trying so hard, even though nothing would work against him. Dochang then chokes Dajoon and says that he knows everything, including the fact that Dajoon was bullied before he ran away.

Dochang further adds that Dajoon created an organization in the name of vengeance, but all he ever wanted was to make up for his past mistakes. He says that in so many years of his life, he has seen countless people like this, and Jo Hangil was also no different from this trash. The focus then shifts to a flashback from Dajoon’s childhood.

In the flashback, we see Dajoon being bullied by some people because he’s related to Jo Hangil. The Bullies take the cake from Dajoon and throw it on the road, which makes Dajoon angry, but he fails to do anything because he’s outnumbered.

One of the bullies rushes to slap Dajoon for acting so arrogant, but suddenly, Jo arrives at the scene and pushes the bullies away.

The bullies try to fight Jo, but Jo easily beats up all of them. He then checks up on Dajoon, who looks devastated because he wasn’t able to give anything to Jo on his birthday. Jo smiles and eats the cake off the road to show his appreciation for Dajoon’s efforts. Dajoon asks Jo why he would do such a thing for him even though he’s useless.

Jo smiles and says that they are not family because they are helpful to each other. Instead, they are helpful to each other because they are a family.

The focus then shifts back to the fight between Dochang and Dajoon. Dajoon gets angry after hearing Dochang insulting Jo Hangil. In a fit of rage, Dajoon charges straight at Dochang, but he still fails to land a blow.

Dochang says that it’s useless for Dajoon to try so hard when suddenly he gets hit hard. Dochang falls back because he can’t comprehend what just happened. Dajoon then changes his stance and tells Dochang that now he will show him what kind of man Jo Hangil is.
