Last time on the show, an eighteen-year-old Clare bid adieu to Henry as she was not going to meet him for the next two years. When she did, she met a much younger Henry who had no idea about Clare.
The older Henry helped her understand, and she listened. She met new people, and eventually, the younger Henry got familiar with her friends as well. Things got messier when two Henry showed up, and Clare’s friends found out about the whole time travel thing. But it seems like it’s all part of it as Clare learns to have Mercy on the younger Henry she didn’t like. Well, that was just the beginning, as there are more people coming in the fifth episode of The Time Traveler’s Wife.

The Time Traveler’s Wife Season 1 Episode 5 will release on 12 June 2022. The official synopsis of the episode suggests that after meeting Clare’s friends, it’s time Henry meets her family. This sees Henry traveling to Clare’s childhood home, where he gets to know her and her family better.
Apart from that, Clare’s friends are probably going to be the mainstay of the show. Gomez continues to appear, but his friendship with Henry might not be going well as the future version of Henry predicted. So we may continue to see them go at each other back and forth in the fifth episode as well.
The official promo also suggests that Clare is coming to realize that she doesn’t want to fall in love with this version of Henry. She dreams of falling in love normally in the right order. Even the younger Henry has started believing that she wants the other him. How it all may go down is something the fifth episode of The Time Traveler’s Wife will answer.
