Post the revelation, Qi Pa confronts Li Xong and asks why he has hidden this identity all along. While Li Xong, too, has mixed feeling about it as he didn’t know Qi Pa had regained her sight.
Post the confrontation, and we see a devastated Qi Pa who decides to part ways with Kui Mu Lang. Qi Pa decides to leave the palace that very night but also knows the pearl which she carried inside her is necessary for Kui Mu Land to stay alive.
She offers to help, but Kui Mu Lang declines the offer, studded with her sympathy. What more is in store for them, and how will the story end is something to watch out for.
