The Kardashians Episode 10 Recap
The Kardashians Episode 10 picks up right where Episode 9 left off, with Kim on the phone with Khloe. As Khloe sobs over the phone, Kim reads the declaration to her and explains the situation. In light of the revelation, the cameras are turned off so the sisters can have their own time.
The Kardashians decide to have a family meeting, with Kris, Kourtney, and Corey being joined by Kim. On the other hand, Khloe does not show up, clearly dealing with her own emotions. The sisters and mother discuss how Khloe deserves better, how she’s been fighting to keep the relationship together, and Tristan’s pattern of betrayal.
Khloe’s Woes
We finally get to hear from Khloe for the first time the next day, who is devastated, humiliated, and embarrassed by Tristan’s betrayal. She talks about taking some time for herself and recalls the memories she made with Tristan and True, describing how they feel like a lie. Following the Tristan news, we see Khloe’s interaction with Kendall, in which the former reveals how her health has been failing her, and she has even fainted. Kendall tries to be as supportive as she can over the phone, but it’s clear from her words and statements that the situation deeply hurts Khloe.
Kris
We shift gears from Khloe’s depressing segment to a lighthearted moment involving Kris Jenner recording a Christmas song, an idea hatched by Travis, and we see Travis, Kourt, and Kris had a good time. But, when Kim visits Khloe, we return to see how she’s doing. Both of them talk about how their marriages didn’t work out but that it’s okay to be proud of their effort.
Kim
Following that, we have Kim shooting her Christmas card with her kids, which, as we can all see, is highly exhausting. Khloe pays Scott, Penelope, and Reign a visit, yet another attempt to empower her and make her feel better. Kim and Pete also discuss how they met and have a drama-free relationship. On the other hand, Kris’ jingle bells song turns out to be quite good.
The episode follows Khloe as she packs Tristan’s clothes away on another day. She built the home for True, Tristan, and herself, but they will no longer be a family. In this episode, the family finally gets together for their Hulu photo shoot for The Kardashians. Kim and Khloe have another round of conversation in which she reveals her feelings for Tristan.
Wrap Up
The 10th episode of The Kardashians concludes with a summary from each Kardashian. Khloe is the first to speak and declares that she will no longer allow others to wrong her. Kourtney discusses how she is in the best place of her life and wants to focus on the here and now rather than the future.
Even though we saw Kylie a lot less this season, she expresses her joy at the prospect of having another child and changing her life once more. Kendall discusses how living a public life isn’t easy and that her family isn’t perfect, but they will always have each other’s backs to get through difficult times. Kim ends by saying that she is in a good place in her life and that she wants to explore more of it and try new things.
