Carl Weber’s The Black Hamptons is a drama series that revolves around two families living in the same neighborhood. The first season successfully introduced us to the dark and deceitful world of Brittons and Johnsons, but the second season will take us through more cunning betrayals and heartbreaks.
Weber had created this American drama series for BET, with season 1 only having 4 episodes. The storyline of this Lamman Rucker starring show centers on two rich families living in the same area in Hampton.
While both of them might seem to have similar amounts of wealth, the difference is that one of them has been rich for generations, while the other is just getting started in the world of limitless luxury.
Besides having a star-studded cast, The Black Hamptons is also known for its dramatic plot twists and interesting storylines. Other than Lamman Rucker in the role of Anthony Johnson, the returning cast members for Black Hamptons season 2 would be Vanessa Calloway as Carolyn, Elise Neal as Sydney, and Brian J. White in the role of Jeffery.

The Black Hamptons Season 2: Recap
The second season of this drama from BET Studios began with the Johnsons and the Britons engaging in a heated and intense bidding war that takes place at a local charity art auction. Both the families were rich, but winning this bid would show who truly had enough power to become one of the dominant families of Black Hampton.
Anthony and Vanessa’s business relationship continues, and they try their best to keep things going well without any issues. The same couldn’t be said for Carolyn and Christopher, as they start mixing their business with pleasure.
This season’s newest character, Bobby, who’s also called “the Beast,” visits Sergeant Lane along with another boxing promoter. Although the meeting doesn’t go too well, Bobby decides to shift his focus from the Sergeant to Peter Lane and plans to use him to promote his team.
Sydney makes up her mind to confront Vanessa after she sees her trying to hide certain things from others. Vanessa was busy making deals with Anthony to get their business plan to work, but after Sydney confronted her, things got messy between the Britton and Johnson women.
The head of the Johnson family, Anthony Johnson, and Michael are told not to get into a deal with Alexander Cora. While this doesn’t stop Anthony and Michael from going ahead with it, it does leave them wondering about their new decision.

An all-new episode of The Black Hamptons will be coming out on December 14th, 2023. Unseen episodes of this BET+ show are usually released on Thursdays, with each episode of The Black Hamptons lasting for a total of 46-50 minutes.

With Carolyn finding out about the gentrification plan, there’s no way she’s going to let Eli get away with her plans so easily. Anthony and Vanessa’s business takes a new turn, and difficult decisions seem inevitable.
