A late-night relationship between Lisa, a free-spirited illustrator, and Danny, a socially awkward journalist, who both suffer from insomnia, is the theme of the Steve Burge and Natalie Walter comedy series Still Up.
Craig Roberts and Antonia Thomas, respectively, portray Lisa and Danny. They are supported by a supporting cast that consists of Ivana Basic, Samantha Spiro, Cathy Murphy, Blake Harrison, Lois Chimimba, Luke Fetherston, Rich Fulcher, and Lois Chimimba.
This series is the story of Lisa, a big-hearted artist who enjoys drawing. She can’t sleep at night because she is concerned about her daughter’s future.
Then there is Danny, a tremendously talented writer who experiences social anxiety. Except for their affection for one another, Lisa and Danny share everything. Despite never having met in person, they speak all night long.
Danny writes stories, while Lisa does lovely illustrations. They are close friends who confide in one another constantly. However, they haven’t expressed their true feelings for one another.
They converse till the wee hours of the morning despite never having met. Despite being miles away, they are bonded uniquely.
