Step By Step is a series originally based on an adaptation of Khoi Khoi Rak, the novel series written in the summer of December. It is said to have a total of 12 episodes. The series is about the growing love between a manager and an employee. Jeng is an intense manager and the son of the company’s CEO. Meanwhile, Pat is an enthusiastic student who completed his studies in LA and came back to his country to do a job that requires his true potential. Jeng finds Pat interested from the first day, and hence this fondness turns into love in no time. But Pat had to maintain the difference between boss and employee, and he can’t like his boss. Pat was so overwhelmed by the workload in the office, and it was a point where he gave a resignation letter to Jeng.

Jeng and Pat when to the club, where Pat meets a mysterious man talking to Jeng. He later gets to know that he is Jeng’s boyfriend and Jeng likes men. Pat is high on alcohol, and he dances with Jeng in melancholy after knowing the truth about Jeng.
The next day he takes a day off from the office to cure his hangover. On the other hand, Jeng gets tensed up after noticing Pat is avoiding his messages. When Pat returns to work, Jeng confesses his feeling to him, but Pat refuses to believe his feelings because of the difference between them.
Finally, Pat’s birthday day comes. But Pat seems a little upset after hearing the rumor of Jeng resigning from his position in the company. At home, when he wakes up, his mother surprises him. Pat gets emotional with his mom after so many days. The next day his dad also surprises him. They both came to celebrate his birthday together. Later that day, Jeng prepares a little cake for Pat with other colleagues to celebrate his birthday.
Meanwhile, at home, Pat receives a big parcel. On opening it, he finds packets of his favorite snacks. It reminds him of the time when he told Jeng about his favorite snacks. The gift was probably from Jeng. So long will Jeng and Pat’s ship will take to sail?
