Director Jung Jung Hwa, along with cast members Im Soo Hyang, Sung Hoon, Shin Dong Wook, Hong Eun Hee, Hong Ji Yoon, Kim Soo Ro, Yeon Woon Kyung, and more were present for the drama’s first script reading session.
Im Soo Hyang plays the role of Oh Woo Ri, an assistant writer who is obsessed with soap operas. She is someone who believes greatly in the law of marriage and tries her best to maintain her virginity for the same. But fates had other plans, and a disastrous medical exam puts her in a situation where she ends up getting pregnant.
Introducing herself as her character, Woo Ri said that she is a character from three generations of mothers and daughters. She is stuck in a big mess after getting accidentally pregnant.
Her father, whose role is being played by Sung Hoon, is the CEO of a cosmetic company. Raphael is a cancer survivor, and introducing himself, he mentioned himself as sweet yet very disciplined when it comes to setting some boundaries and standards.
This is the first time after long eleven years that they are working together on a project. In the session, everyone was impressed with their synchronization with their respective characters.
Moving to Shin Dong Wook, who is portraying the role of Lee Kang Jae, the fiancé of Lee Kang Jae. They have a sweet and innocent relationship with each other. Describing her character, she explained that her extravagant looks gain her lots of attention and love, but apart from that, everything in her life is mostly fake.

The upcoming SBS drama series ‘Starting Today, We’ is the remake of the 2014 American TV series titled ‘Jane the Virgin’. The latter, too, is somehow and somewhere based around on the 2002 Venezuelan television series titled “Juana la Virgen”.
