The episode starts with Sureyya and how her betrayal shocked people, especially Saladin.
The captives were also able to escape, and this betrayal definitely shocked the core of Saladin. Later, we also get to see Sultan Nureddin having life-and-death struggles as he undergoes surgery and the situation becomes tense.
A turn of events takes place amidst the injury of the Sultan as Nusreddin puts all the legitimate blame on Turansah. Seahaddin could not act in the situation as well, as he is held captive himself. Alongside, Nusreddin also holds Saladin responsible for what all happened.
Later, we also get to see that the state is now under a different rule, and things are changing. How the final turns of events change the overall plot of the show is something to definitely look out for; will Sultan Nureddin survive, and will Sureyya hold herself responsible for the present state?
