She worked hard on her diet and focused on cutting unhealthy foods and replacing them with a nutrient-rich diet. She has talked about how she replaced calorie-dense items in her diet with salads and healthier alternatives.
She included more fruits and vegetables in her diet, which helped her cut down on unhealthy junk food. Making smoothies out of fruits and vegetables helped her get them down easily. She also regularly detoxified her body using homemade remedies. She would use cumin water for detoxification.
She pursued several Cardio-heavy activities that involved challenging her body on an everyday basis. She was consistent, working out an hour every day and trying out new cardio regimes that included activities such as cycling, treadmill runs, pilates, boxing, walking, and other forms of training. She also played sports like tennis and rugby along with her brother.
Sara has also talked about the importance of giving your body a rest and stressed out how she would work hard the entire week without failure but would take a day off on Sundays just to relax. This helped her with consistency and kept her going in her fitness journey.
