Rise Of The Dragon: The Plot
Chu Qianye was labeled as an outcast as his father couldn’t protect the valuable treasure of the Fierce Dragon Clan to which he belonged. He was attacked by Xue Yileng, a member of God’s Domain. This causes Qianye to grow up with the wish to avenge his father’s death and become powerful enough to gain respect.
The only way to do this with great outcomes was to become an inheritor of the Dragon’s powers. For this, He would have to Face the trial of Azure Dragon, which happens every 10 years. Due to his Low status, he is stopped by Qinsheng and his father but somehow manages to climb the Dragon tower. Chu Qianye’s perseverance leads to him gaining dragon blood and Dragon Pith around his heart.
With the Dragon’s pith and increased level of cultivation, Qianye now sets off on a path of gaining the most sought-after power, Dragon’s Inheritance, with Feng Feiwu by his side.
The Plot of this show is similar to others of this genre, with the usual battles for power. What differentiates this show is that it focuses more on the powers of the Dragon kind.
Rise Of The Dragon Episode 26: Recap
After hearing about the Sick forefather of the Huo family, Chu Qianye and Feng Feiwu visit the Huo Mansion. They are invited in but find two doctors, Dr. Miao and Dr. Xue, waiting to interrogate him first. They demand proof of being a high-ranking healer, but Chu Qianye sees right through their physical conditions.
He asks why they have been employed to treat the forefather when they are not healthy themselves. Chu Qianye, through his Dragon abilities, sees that Dr. Miao has been weakened by practicing alchemy for so long. Dr. Xue, on the other hand, was not human at all. It is shown that Dr. Xue consumed the beast’s blood to nourish the beast’s blood in his body. Chu Qianye warns that this may lead to him becoming neither a human nor a demon.
This proves to the doctors that Qianye is indeed skilled enough to treat the Huo family’s forefather. Upon seeing the condition of the forefather, Qianye says that his disease is curable within two hours unless he is disturbed. He orders some chains and daggers and asks Feiwu to not allow anyone inside.
The treatment is quite strange, with Daggers being pierced into the forefather and him being surrounded by the flame. After some time, the forefather, Huo Tongtian, wakes up healthy and younger in appearance.
The Doctors are astonished and curious but in awe of Chu Qianye’s powers.
