Preview Chapter 11 will be airing this week! Previously on the Manhwa, Sun Woo was stressed over not being able to make full use of the Preview power that he had, as he was still a minor. Being an adult would’ve made him a billionaire by now, as he could look into the future of the stocks.
While he is trying to find ways to put his money into a good investment, he meets Gong Sian, the newcomer in his class who tells him how he invests in stocks all by himself. Sun Woo had already seen the future and knew that meeting him would be the worst possible thing, but he was willing to take the risk.
Preview is a Manhwa that revolves around the life of Cheon Sun Woo, who now lives as an orphan after the death of both his parents. He came across a device that lets him see the future, turning his whole world upside down.
Recap
The chapter begins with Sun Woo frustrated at his situation. Despite having the ability to see into the future for ten minutes, Sun Woo wasn’t able to properly benefit from this power. He saw how the stock market had drastically changed, and investing in it would flip his life around.
He was mad that he was still a high schooler and that his parents had left him. Suddenly, Sun Woo remembers his noona, Ye Ji. Knowing she’s an adult, he immediately calls her, expecting to have her invest in stocks and earn money.
Ye Ji picks up Sun Woo’s call and refuses to invest in stocks. She tells her the whole reason her parents divorced was because her dad was obsessed with the stock market. In a desperate attempt, Sun Woo tells her he has the gimmicks to know in advance.
This line reminded Ye Ji of his mom, as she said the exact same thing. When she cut the call, Sun Woo felt hopeless and also questioned if his mom had the same ability as him. Back in school, everyone was discussing what had happened to Jang Seok.
Sun Woo had sent Jan Seok to jail, and now the rest of his classmates were wary of him. He comes to class and lashes out in his seat because, just as he had seen, the stocks were rising. Just then, a new student named Gong Sian enters the class.
Gong Sian introduces himself to Sun Woo and says he, too, invests in the stock market. Sun Woo sees this as an opportunity to invest independently and immediately befriends him. On their way back from school, Gong Sian takes Sun Woo to a gaming center and surprises him with the amount of cash he has.
When they were about to put the money in the machine, ex-seniors from their school came to bully them. They saw Gong Sian’s hefty amount of cash and tried to take it. Gong Sian simply agreed and was about to hand the money over when Sun Woo stopped him.
Sun Woo had been wondering why meeting Gong Sian was the worst future possible. He then realized that having no concept of money would be dangerous to Sun Woo’s life, as he came from a totally different world than his.
One of the seniors, Kim Woong Min, punched Sun Woo in the face and told him he wasn’t scared of his tactics. They were already out of school, so being expelled or put in jail didn’t scare them at all.
Gong Sian asked them to just take the money and leave. The chapter ends with Sun Woo getting back on his feet and challenging the two seniors, saying if they really wanted to kill him, then they should come at him.
