Palworld Card Game Sleeves Delayed to October 2026 With Exclusive Promo Cards

The Palworld Official Card Game has suffered another release setback, with its first official accessory product now arriving later than originally planned. Bushiroad has confirmed that the Sleeve & Card Set Vol. 1 will launch on October 16, 2026, instead of its previously scheduled October 2 release.

The delay comes only weeks after the trading card game’s debut, which saw strong demand for its first expansion and reports of limited availability. The new accessory set is expected to be particularly appealing to collectors because it includes exclusive promotional cards featuring several popular Pals.

Palworld Sleeve & Card Set Vol. 1 Gets New Release Date

Bushiroad announced the delay through the official Palworld Official Card Game X account post, explaining that the product’s release date was being changed because of

“unforeseen circumstances.”

The company apologized to fans and said it is “working as fast as we can behind the scenes” to get the products released.

The Sleeve & Card Set Vol. 1 contains 75 card sleeves featuring a Pal Sphere design, alongside exclusive promo cards for Cattiva, Depresso, Chillet, Quivern, and Grizzbolt. The two-week delay means collectors and players will now have to wait until October 16 to get the first officially branded sleeves for the Palworld TCG.

The timing is notable because the Palworld card game has already experienced supply problems. Its first expansion, Dawn of Palpagos, launched on July 30 alongside Trial Decks designed to introduce new players to the trading card game.

Demand has also created opportunities for resellers, with some booster boxes reportedly appearing on the secondary market at significantly higher prices. Bushiroad previously addressed availability concerns by confirming additional stock for stores and plans for a second-edition printing of Dawn of Palpagos.

Meanwhile, the TCG is moving forward with its next major expansion, Legends Awaken, which will introduce additional Pals including Chillet Ignis and Jetragon. A third full expansion is also planned for early 2027, suggesting that Bushiroad and Pocketpair are continuing to build the Palworld card game despite its early distribution challenges.
