One Punch Man Chapter 183 will see the start of the new arc as the small bout between Saitama and Tatsumaki. The two started fighting as their ideologies collide on what it meant to be a hero. Tatsumaki wanted to protect Fubuki at whatever cost, and that meant cutting her ties. She had all but finished her organization but Saitama stopped her.
Tatsumaki is someone who could stand up against the highest level of threat but due to this, she thinks lowly of people. Moreover, her tragic childhood also makes it so that she does she ends up isolating people from her. She did the same for Fubuki who was traumatized by her sister and found comfort in being with others.
But that also meant some outsider could come from nowhere and betray Fubuki, and that was exactly what happened. Fubuki was blindsided by one of their recruits and almost got into trouble. Proving Tatsumaki’s point about relying on others, but Saitama disagreed. And thus, a fight over all of Japan ensued with Tatsumaki trying to fend off Saitama and failing.

One Punch Man Chapter 182 had Tatsumaki realize that Saitama was stronger than he seemed. She had gone against him with her maximum capacity but he was still standing. Annoying her even further over the fact that there was someone like him, he doesn’t stand out. She openly asked him why he tried to hide his power all the time.
Saitama was his usual direct self and answered the way he usually did, however, it was not about him. He went through all the trouble to make it clear that what she was doing was wrong regarding being a hero. She shouldn’t cut away ties like that or be that offended by the relationship of the people.
Fubuki makes it to them and her ex-group follows her to that point. But, Tatsumaki was too tired after dealing with Saitama. She had to admit there was merit in what Saitama said. And when she saw the determination in their actions, she gave her consent to them being together. Which shocked Fubuki as Saitama was the first person to ever make her agree on anything.

One Punch Man Chapter 183 will see the emergence of a new hero organization after the failures of the last one start to rise. There will be talks among various heroes on the matter, and securing their position in the new organization. Genos will be informed of the matter and will be deciding on it as well.
Tatsumaki on the other will be seen fumbling as she flies away from the scene. Saitama will catch up to her in the middle and ask her to take care since she was not doing well. She will almost all her insecurities onto him and mention Blast but stop midway. But she won’t do that until she had given him a piece of her mind.
Fubuki will be talking with her group about the matters that have taken place in the short duration. And the matter of interest for them will be escaped individuals that were working for the evil Psychic organization. She will also be informed of the new organization that for heroes that are being built behind the scenes and will make an appearance in the upcoming chapters.
