While the developer has already confirmed it is working on a new standalone entry in the historical RPG franchise, a recent filing appears to uncover the game’s potential title and even hints at features that could expand the series beyond its traditional single-player roots.
Although nothing has been officially announced, the discovery has sparked excitement among fans eagerly awaiting the next chapter after the success of Kingdom Come: Deliverance and Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2.
Trademark points to Kingdom Come Salvation
The trademark, first reported by ThePhrasemaker, was filed under the name Kingdom Come Salvation. According to the report, the application uses the same Prague-based legal representative previously associated with the Kingdom Come: Deliverance trademarks, leading many fans to believe the filing is connected to Warhorse Studios’ upcoming project.
Warhorse announced earlier this year that it was developing a new Kingdom Come game that would not be a numbered sequel. The studio also indicated that the title is targeting a release window between April 2027 and March 2028, making a reveal in the coming months increasingly likely.
One of the more intriguing details in the trademark is a classification referencing “entertainment services for matching users with computer games.” While the wording does not confirm multiplayer, it has led to speculation that the game could introduce optional online features for the first time.
Fans have suggested possibilities ranging from co-op gameplay to asynchronous online systems similar to those found in FromSoftware’s Souls games. However, Warhorse has consistently described the project as an adventure set in the historical world of Kingdom Come, suggesting that single-player gameplay will likely remain its primary focus.
