Joe, the stuntman for the famous actor Tong, unexpectedly meets Ming and forms a deep relationship with her. However, Joe is unaware that Ming always views him as a stand-in for Tong. When the truth finally comes out, Joe is heartbroken and decides to take a job on a foreign film set. Tragically, he has an accident on set that costs him his life.
To Joe’s surprise, he wakes up in the body of a young man also named Joe, who had an accident on the same day. With the help of those around him, Joe quickly adapts to his new life, finding himself surrounded by familiar faces and circumstances. Once again, he comes across Ming. In this new life, Ming seeks to have Joe back by his side, leaving Joe confused about his true intentions.
Ming, who retains all memories of the original Joe, is determined to find out the mystery behind Joe’s strange rebirth. He wants to bring Joe back to his side and give him the explanation he never received before. As Joe deals with his new existence, he faces his feelings for Ming and the unanswered questions about his past life and his sudden return.
