Mountain Men Review
The ongoing survival-reality series has proved itself worthy of one’s time with its overdramatized events of the mountain men’s lives. The new season is back with a bang, and it is garnering attention from viewers.
The series fails to bring something new for viewers to enjoy as it follows a similar pattern and storyline to the previous seasons of the series. Even though it is obvious the series is scripted to some limits, you will enjoy the struggles of the featured mountain men in the series.
Over time, the series has become more focused on earning through dramatization of the struggles faced by the featured mountain men. The only person I found somewhat relatable and real is Tom, as he is committed to his works with no overdramatics.
The featured mountain men repeat themselves to the point it gets annoying for viewers. The segments in the new season are similar to the previous one, thus failing to add any fresh element for viewers to enjoy.
I would suggest if you want to watch the series, watch the older seasons, as they have something unique to offer. The series has become painfully repetitive, and I wouldn’t suggest it to anyone. The series’ new season is a waste of one’s time with nothing refreshing to offer.
Our rating is 2/5, as it doesn’t deserve any more than that due to the lack of uniqueness and repetitiveness with a hint of overdramatization.
