Mary Make It Easy Season 2 – Recap
Mary Makes It Easy focuses on Mary, making new recipes from scratch using regular ingredients from one’s refrigerator. The previous season witnessed Mary making several delicious delicacies using day-to-day ingredients like lemon, tonkatsu sauce, etc. The first episode focuses on Mary making a three-course meal using her favorite ingredient from her kitchen, which is a lemon.
Mary starts with making the dessert for the day, a Lemon Raspberry Loaf followed by a Lemon Parmesan Chicken that’s quick enough to make for any day of the week and fancy enough for the guests. Mary ends her day by cooking creamy lemon crab pasts filled with nutty sesame topping. How could Mary go without a refreshing drink, so she makes a fresh lemonade infused with mint leaves and berries?
The second episode witnessed Maey making an easy-to-hand-out handy hors d’oeuvre. Mary kicks her game up a notch with shrimp rings and grilled shrimp cocktail. Mary served the delightful cocktail with three dunkable dips and paired it with Grow-Up Float, a bubbly cocktail made with sorbet and sparkling wine.
The third episode witnessed Mary starting with bagged slaw, followed by her cooking a delicious pancake inspired by Japanese Okonomiyaki topped with tonkatsu sauce.
