Love Is For Suckers takes us back to our familiar genre, from friends to lovers. Both Yeo Reum and Jae Hoon are close to each other, though there is no scope for romance. Yeo Reum is a television producer who, even though she is talented, however, but many of her projects are not hitting the mark.

Yeo Reum and Jae Hoon make us feel that we should also have best friends like them. Yeo Reum is talented and hardworking, however, her recent project, The Ramen Chef, is literally just not working. With apparently dating one of the guys from the variety show, she has a lot on her plate.
If looked closely, somewhere at a phase, Yeo Reum represents all of us. She looks back and rethinks if things could have been executed differently, a thought that does occur in our minds at one time or the other.
Coming to our male lead, Jae Hoon is someone who always has Yeo Reum’s back. We see moments of them being together and hanging around. He even dresses up for her, something extremely infrequent when it comes to him. While they headed to have lunch in a restaurant, her ex, who went to New York, saw a glimpse of her. He came out to confirm however, he missed them. Their encounter can create a sense of drama in the series.
While having lunch, Yeo Reum remembers the moment when Jae Hoon took her stand and told the Ramen Guy that it’s not his business if he and Yeo Reum are dating or not. He just wants to be by her side as she definitely is someone worth curious being about. That was such a cute moment.
