The storyline revolves around Sai, a young girl who is determined to pursue her dreams of becoming a doctor and making a difference in people’s lives. Her father, Virat, is a police officer who just wants his daughter to marry someone from their own caste.
So Sai must stay with her overbearing dad against her wishes. At this moment, Jagtap, a hoodlum and the son of an important government officer falls in love with Sai and tries to murder her dad; in his deathbed, Sai’s dad asks Virat to take care of his daughter, so Virat must forsake Pakhi, his true love to marry Sai.

Lost In Love Ending Explained
In the end, Sai discovers that Virat is leaving her without saying a word; she knows that Pakhi’s pregnant because she’s a surrogate mother, but she can’t fathom the psychological pain of the ordeals they’ve had to go through. As such, Virat claims that the two should be happy —they’re having a baby, after all, right?
So, Virat consoles her. But the next day, Pakhi is walking down and sees some senior Chavans enjoying their tea; Pakhi chats with Bhavani, who tells her to be happy as she’s going to be a mom in a couple of days, but Pakhi is a surrogate mother, and the baby won’t be hers.
Still, Virat claims that everyone will eventually take care of poor old Pakhi. After a few tests and some discussions, Sai tells Pakhi that the baby is hers and that she and Virat will take care of the child. Consequently, Pakhi’s jealousy of Virat and Sai eats her inside.
In spite of what Pakhi thinks, the eventual love between Sai and Virat becomes evident, and they confess they love each other and end up having an arranged marriage. While this leaves Pakhi out of the equation, it means good news for Sai and Virat, as they receive blessings from everybody, and the scorn arising from being from different castes seems to fade away.
