As the season goes on and competitors are eliminated, only the best remain in Lego Masters (US) Season 4, and what a season it has been, and it ain’t over yet. We’ve seen them build tributes to Cirque du Soleil, make houses for cats and motorized boats, create mesmerizing artifacts and landscapes out of sounds, and there’s more coming our way.
Hosted by Will Arnett and with Jamie Berard and Amy Corbett as judges, a group of very talented Lego builders must bring their best creative genius to pass the enduring tests that each episode throws their way. If you are a Lego fan, this is a show for you.
The prize is a hefty cash bag of $100,000, a life-changing sum for engaging in a hobby, plus the title of Lego Master, and having Lego make a set out of the things they craft. This is the kind of family-oriented show that boosts creativity and pushes the boundaries of building with plastic blocks beyond what you can imagine.
Recap
This episode was titled “Brick Chic”. Think about it: you can make anything out of Lego, so why not make a luxury bag and accompany that with a very stylish landscape that comes with it? The challenge is multiple, from handles, zippers, decoration, and everything in between. Each team was given a total of eight hours to make a fashionable accessory and pose in a stylish way.
Nealita and Paul made it to the top this season. While their previous creations were eye-popping, the judges were really impressed by their creativity in this episode. Meanwhile, right at the bottom, were Ryan and Aubree, who were sadly eliminated in their attempt to make a vintage television set that you could employ as an accessory, but think about it: would you use a retro TV as your day-to-day accessory? While the execution was good, the judges were not impressed by this, and sadly, they got the boot.
In the end, the top competitors were Alex and Luis and Sam and Neena. They took a Golden Brick with them. But the more they stay on the show, without a doubt, the harder it is going to get.
