Fox’s fun reality competition series titled LEGO Masters is a show that pushes all the limits of the creativity of the participants while being utterly entertaining for the viewers. The show has been airing since early 2020 and is based on the original British series, involving building original yet practical projects using large Lego blocks.
The task given to the contestants is simple to understand: they have to come up with two Lego creations under a given time limit, and they also have to be within the limits of the theme of each episode. Host Will Arnett, who is also the show’s executive producer, does a great job of leading each episode with excitement.
He is also accompanied by Amy Corbett and Jamie Berard, both of whom are the creative designers of Lego Group and the judges for the show. Lego Masters also makes sure to bring out special celebrity guests to play judges for some episodes of the show.
Once the teams of two are done building their Lego projects, they present them to the host and the judges, who, after much contemplation, announce not just the winning team but also the two teams that get placed at the bottom. The concept of the show might seem silly to those who do not understand the hype around Lego blocks, but it is quite a serious business to fans and participants who appear on the show.
The producers of LEGO Masters have introduced a Golden Brick immunity ticket, along with the final grand prize of $100,000 with the winning title and a Lego Masters trophy that the winner gets to claim.
The Plot
The fourth season of the show is about to air its finale episode soon, thus wrapping up this season. But fans need not worry much because the fifth season of Lego Masters has already received the green light for future release.
The show brings on teams of two to take up lengthy and complex Lego building challenges. The fourth season started with a total of twelve teams, and with the final challenge around the corner, we are left with only three. We are finally left with Christopher and Robert, the friends duo who have maintained a winning streak almost throughout the episodes.
The other two teams include the mother-son duo of Neena and Sam and the sibling duo of Paul and Nealita. Fans would know already that the challenges usually go on for hours, considering their complex nature. This last episode of the show is not going to be any different, with the judges throwing in the way of the remaining participants a task with a time limit of twenty-four hours.
The teams will be tasked with using the Lego blocks in a way that tells a story and makes the piece look original, along with perfect technicalities. The competition will be intense, and tensions will run high considering the $100,000 prize money that is at stake, along with the bragging rights.
Fans wait curiously for the upcoming episode, guessing just which team will get to take the winning Lego Masters title home. Make sure to read to the end if you want to know more about the episode and where you can catch it.
