In Kan Çiçekleri Episode 122, Baran and Dilan seem to be repatching their relationship that had been facing troubles for quite a while. Dilan, on the other hand, is in a bittersweet mood as she realizes things may change from here on out, and her love for Baran may not be enough to hold them together.
