In Kaminaki Sekai no Kamisama Katsudou Chapter 24, titled, The Story of Inflation With A Pagan God, we saw that Bertrand was feeling like a dead person. He felt like his body had already become a corpse.
Despite being huge in pain, he did not acknowledge that for some reason. Bertrand says that he felt no fear jumping down despite that wall being taller than he thought, but his landing went wrong, and here he was, in pain. We also saw that Mitama and Atar were both there with their growing believers count. They were, however, shocked to know that Loki’s believers count was a total of 1.12 million.
Yukito, however, is not triggered by this, and he just calmly tells Bertrand that if he makes a clumsy move on them, he will just end up dead. Yukito cleverly escapes from the situation and then tells the crew that he just wants them all safe.
The crew then found out that probably, Loki was acting as the Emperor by using her illusory abilities on every citizen. That meant that every person in the capital was converted by her, and that was why she had such an incredible believer count.
