Jinx Chapter 35 once again has the story put in the unknown territory as to what the coming chapters will hold, which will become a mystery once again. How many times has it been now? The future of the characters is unsure based on what happens to Kim Dan or what Jaekyung did and breaks those expectations. And still being consistent with the plot.

This is the kind of thing one would expect from a writer who takes their job of nuclear engineering too seriously. This manhwa has no right to be this suspenseful or have this many twists and turns. The author could have just gone for fan service with shallow characters playing the old dynamic of top and bottom.

But no, the author had to make things a mess (in a good way) and make things complicated with each passing chapter. The series has been lax on that front in the past few chapters, but the last chapter reminded what the readers were in for. But this time, we got to see the return of Jaekyun’s bestial side that was introduced at the start of the series.

Jinx Chapter 34 Recap

Jinx Chapter 34 continued where the last chapter off and went on as normal. The normal where the characters are talking and nothing too bad is happening to Kim Dan, the type we all came to accept. However, this kind of calm can only remain for so long before something big happens and the dam breaks.

The dam broke in this chapter, with Kim Dan being put in the same position he had always been. However, due to differences in the circumstances, the one to suffer from horror wasn’t our Doc this time. No, it was Heesung who had to see something intense that he couldn’t believe his eyes over what was happening.

However, one thing that has remained constant in the series is that Jaekyung is the main instigator of all these problems. And just like always, he was the one who took the benefit of the opportunity to show that he was the one in charge. However, there was a little difference this time, as Jaekyung was making sure Kim Dan wasn’t aware of his intentions.

Jinx Chapter 35 should show us different POVs and how the three characters will think about the incident that Jaekyung caused. Jaekyung had technically bought Kim Dan by paying all his bills, his grandmother’s hospital bills, and still pays for his salary. He used to mention it to Kim Dan to one-up him, but this has not been the case for some time in the story.

Even with the latest chapter, it wasn’t Kim Dan he told this thing to. It was Heesung whom he wanted to convey that Kim Dan belonged to him. And Jaekyung had always conveyed that he doesn’t let others touch his property, and he had thought of it in the past. But, he had also gained respect for the doctor, which in turn has made it closer to him, or so the story is trying to make us think.
