Chapter 90 of “I Grow Stronger by Eating!” ended with quite a cliffhanger. The Ancient Dragon charges up a powerful attack, ready to end Kim. This attack was so powerful that it sent tremors all the way up to the surface of the underground facility it was in. As the Ancient Dragon charges up its attack, the towers surrounding it light up.
The towers send attacks hurling toward Kim. Even though he was in his dragon form, those attacks were too powerful for him to handle. Kim realizes that he is at a complete disadvantage because he is fighting in the realm of the Ancient Dragon. With no other option at his disposal, Kim decides to destroy the artificial sun that was powering up the entire facility.
He evades all of the Ancient Dragon’s attacks and knocks the sun down. The Ancient Dragon tries its best to grab onto the falling sun but fails miserably. The sun exploded, and the damage was so catastrophic that it made a huge hole all the way upto the surface. The Ancient Dragon and Kim, both who were in their dragon form, continued their fight. At first, Kim gets overpowered by the Ancient Dragon, but in time, he easily turns the tables. The Ancient Dragon had used up all of its powers to block the impact of the exploding sun and hence became very weak.
He accepts defeat and asks Kim to stop. Cold-hearted, Kim refuses and tells him that he came here all the way just so that he can eat the Ancient Dragon so that all of his knowledge will belong to Kim. The Ancient Dragon finds out that Kim has already eaten his close friend and is driven to tears. With no hope left, the Ancient Dragon decides to end their life because that way, Kim wouldn’t be able to get his knowledge.
Before the Ancient Dragon could damage its head in an attempt to end its life, Kim decapitated it. With the Ancient Dragon’s head by his shoulder, Kim exclaims that he has finally gathered all the heads he needs.
