The Friday-Saturday series “The First Responders” on SBS follows officers from the fire department, police force, and paramedic squad as they band together to serve their community in any way they can. The drama stars Son Ho Jun, Kim Rae Won, and Gong Seung Yeon.
Jin Ho Gae, a tough detective, is obsessed with catching criminals. He is very good at understanding crime scenes, can read a criminal’s brain, and has a strong desire to succeed, all of which help him solve crimes. Despite his intimidating look, the brave firefighter Bong Do Jin is kind to those around him and cares about the victims. He arrives at the fireplaces without delay. The group is joined by Song Seol, a caring paramedic who heals both physical injuries and broken hearts. But How To Watch The First Responders?
The First Responders Plot
In the now-running Korean drama, a police investigator, a firefighter, and a paramedic collaborate as a field team to capture criminals and handle crises and disasters. Each of the three characters has a strong personality and even stronger ideas, and they are all willing to shout at each other if they don’t think they are performing their roles to the best of their abilities.
This establishes The First Responders from the outset as a drama with great chemistry among all of its leads since, after all, chemistry doesn’t require liking or falling in love with someone.
Particularly given that all three leads make for compelling viewing: Bong Do Jin, a firefighter who, for the time being at least, adheres to the rules but is also influenced by detective Jin Ho Gae and his bizarre ideas. Then we have paramedic Song Seol, who, although caring deeply for the patients she treats, will also scold her colleagues ruthlessly if she feels they are performing their jobs poorly.
