A trailer has already been released for the series which shows Bhuvan in the lead role of Vasant. At the start, it might get confusing as Vasant is saying that he is the “King” of Mumbai. We see having all the luxuries and riches that the city has to offer.
Turns out that he was just sleeping and is forced to come back to his normal day as a sanitation worker who does not have enough money or clothes or proper accommodation or food. His mother is troubled by his alcoholic father who beats her regularly after getting drunk. In an attempt to change his fate and take the charge of his life, we see Vasant manifesting and coming across a superpower.
His superpower is knowing the events before they have actually happened, or an insight into the future. In the trailer, we see that he tries to predict a cryptocurrency as well as its chart and says that it shall go up by 15 percent. Turns out that it actually does.
Now, in an attempt to turn his fate around, he uses his power or a gut feeling or a vision (it is not clear by the trailer), and he actually gets involved with the dangerous crime groups of the city. Although, the more danger and risk, the more money.

Taaza Khabar Season 1 will drop out on Disney Plus Hotstar on the 6th of January 2023. All the episodes are scheduled to drop out on the same day for the fans in India.
