Though none of the girls were shocked to hear this news, Ouka was the most relieved among the group. It had weighed on her mind for a long about her stay at the cafe. She had been given the offer to leave for France by one of her professors, and with Hayato’s announcement, she was ready to pack and leave.
While everyone is happy on the surface about the matter, no one can express their discontent over the matter. Hayato and Ouka remained quiet over the matter and were at a stalemate over what to do. Ami is distressed the most, but Akane soothes her ease and assures her that it will be for the best.
Ouka gives grandma’s pilaf to Hayato for the last time and expresses her gratitude for taking care of her all this time and taking care of the place when she is gone. Hayato informs her he will leave her room when even if she is gone.
