The OG cast of Geordie Shore may have reunited in the last season, but now, it’s time for them to continue their yearly legacy of living together under the same roof. MTV’s Geordie Shore will be taking these men and women to Cyprus for the new season.
Geordie Shore is a British show that first revolved around the lives of a group of young adults living under the same roof in England. Staying together for several weeks sparks all kinds of interesting drama and relationship issues, making the show an entertaining reality series ever since it started airing in 2011.
This MTV series takes inspiration from Jersey Shore, one of America’s most streamed reality shows from the 2010s. The spicy reality series has released new seasons regularly each year, but last season was mostly a reunion, where all old cast members showed up to talk about the new updates in their lives and deal with unresolved drama with other members.
The new 24th season will take us back to the usual format, but worry not, as most of the original cast members in the reunion will be returning for an exciting vacation in Cyprus. The Geordie Shore crew that will be returning includes Charlotte Crosby, Nathan Henry, Chloe Ferry, and many others.
Geordie Shore Season 23: Recap
Titled “The Reunion Series,” the 23rd season was the best installment Geordie Shore has had. With a lavish party, all original cast members like Ricci, Chantelle, Aaron, and others were welcomed to the show. The list included Abbie Holborn, Faith Mullen, Tahlia Chung, Zahida Allen, and Aaron Chalmers.
The season started with everyone celebrating 10 years of Geordie Shore while also organizing a baby shower for Marnie. The reunion episode soon follows, and everyone starts arriving at the venue. Cast members are shocked to see each other after so many years.
While the reunion brought many sweet and nostalgic memories to the surface, it also brought up past arguments and drama that the men and women were still mad about. Chloe and Bethan get into a heated argument, but with them having to leave for Portugal soon, they decide to leave the drama behind for now.
The crew stays in Portugal for a while and then flies to Algarve, where Chloe’s arrival ends up changing everyone’s mood. Seeing things get messy every minute, Nathan decides to gather all the women and participate in a spiritual healing session.
After returning to England in the last few episodes, the Geordies prepare for a fun night at Newcastle and deal with the recent drama that had ruined the trip for most of the members. The reunion season ends with another party, where everyone tries to leave on good terms.
