She later also shared how it was an important decision in life to come out as a transgender and support the community, which faces continuous and deep criticism from people. Since the announcement, Elliot has undergone significant changes in his body in order to undergo the transition from female to male. He has revealed that he had a top surgery that decreased the size of his female breasts and helped him develop a manly-looking chest. He has also undergone hormonal therapy in order to continue his lifestyle as a male.
